Leadership Transition at Nomade Communication

As of June, Mihaela Cocîrță has stepped into the role of Managing Partner at Nomade Communication, taking charge of the Creative Division. This transition comes three years after she joined the agency, initially serving as the PR Manager. During her tenure, Mihaela has successfully overseen both national and international projects, crafting and executing innovative strategies for various clients.

Strengthening the Team

Mihaela will work alongside Adriana Cocîrță, the Owner of Nomade Communication and head of the Strategic Communication Division. Adriana founded the agency four years ago, drawing from her extensive experience as a PR specialist for numerous companies. „Nomade is and will always be a family business, and I am thrilled that, together with Mihaela, we have been able to grow the agency,” Adriana states. „I eagerly anticipate the projects we have in the pipeline.”

Strategic Growth and New Divisions

The appointment of Mihaela is a natural progression in light of the agency’s recent growth and the establishment of two distinct divisions: Creative and Strategy. „The Creative Division encompasses all the services we provide, and this structured approach enables us to deliver the integrated solutions our clients require,” Adriana adds.

Mihaela’s New Responsibilities

In her new capacity, Mihaela will focus on enhancing and executing creative communication campaigns, public relations, and social media strategies for clients. She combines her passion for industry innovation with a forward-thinking approach. Additionally, Mihaela will lead the creative team, fostering communication bridges between brands and their communities. „I believe in the power of creativity and the courage to engage in honest dialogue. I am excited to channel these values into the communication strategies for the brands we represent. Our decision to evolve came naturally from our debriefings and meetings with clients, where we recognized the opportunity to implement complex concepts in this new structure,” she explains.
