Pierce Brosnan‘s Sons Named Golden Globe Ambassadors for 2020
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) has officially announced that Pierce Brosnan’s sons, Dylan and Paris, will serve as the ambassadors for the 2020 Golden Globe Awards, as reported by Press Association on Friday.
This year, the brothers will take on a role previously held by Idris Elba‘s daughter, Isan, who served as the ambassador last year.
In January, Dylan and Paris will join the winners on stage at the Golden Globe ceremony to present the coveted awards.
This marks a historic moment, as it is the first time two siblings have been appointed to this prestigious role, according to HFPA.
Evolution of the Title
The title of Golden Globe ambassador was updated from the previous „Miss or Mr. Golden Globe” in 2017, reflecting a more inclusive approach.
