Ministrul Justiţiei: Bogdan Licu – singurul candidat admis la interviul pentru funcţia de prim-adjunct al procurorului general
Interim Prosecutor General Bogdan Licu has been confirmed as the sole candidate eligible for the interview for the position of First Deputy Prosecutor General, as announced by the Ministry of Justice on Tuesday.
According to the list released on the Ministry of Justice’s website, Licu is scheduled to participate in the interview for the role of First Deputy Prosecutor General at the Prosecutor’s Office attached to the High Court of Cassation and Justice (PICCJ) on January 20. Competing for the Deputy Prosecutor General position is Maria Magdalena Militaru from the Prosecutor’s Office of the Bucharest Court of Appeal, who will also be interviewed on the same day.
On January 20, interviews will also be held for the head of the Criminal Investigation and Forensics Section at PICCJ, with candidates Dragoş Cojocariu, Adriana Denisa Cristodor, and Romulus Dan Varga participating.
Prosecutors Marius Museanu, Ionel Corbu, Cătălin Ranco Piţu, Paul Truica, Grigore Cătălin Popescu, and Florin Daniel Căşuneanu are set to interview for the position of head of the Military Prosecutor’s Section at PICCJ on January 27 and 28.
For the role of Deputy Chief Prosecutor at DIICOT, candidates Ioana Bogdana Albani, Oana Daniela Paţu, Teodor Niţă, and Oana Schmidt-Hăineală have registered, with their interviews scheduled for January 29.
On January 30, Gabriela Popa, Mădălina Scarlat, and Elena Hach will interview for the position of Deputy Chief Prosecutor at DNA.
Finally, on January 31, interviews will be conducted for the positions of head of the Section for Combating Corruption-Related Crimes at DNA, with Constantin Claudiu Dumitrescu and Silviu Paul Dumitriu as candidates.
